Simple Method to Maximize Remaining of 2017

Looking at the calendar and its already the end of July...how did time pass by so fast? Did you maximize your luck for so far? Not sure? Let's try to look forward on next 6 months... Would it be different if you could at least improve 20% from where you are now? What about 50%? Here are some tips to maximize on it...

6 months have passed and now we are onward to another 6 months journey before the end of 2017. Just like on a sunny day you are driving fast on the highway, sun glaring in front, nice blue sky miles ahead. Like all modern folks that have a GPS either Google Maps or Waze, you would know where are the turns in front, how long it would take to reach your destination.

However, for your own destiny, many are driving blindly, no GPS, the windscreen are barely visible and the car is moving forward with Time on the driver seat relying on you to give directions!

This article will shed some lights on getting some cushion and airbags for the remaining journey of 2017. Because everyone's destiny is different, by that I don't mean the 12 zodiac animals, that's too general but good for entertainment. The variation for destiny is too many to write on. I will instead work on the general Qi theme and its location within the year.

So this year we have NORTH, EAST and SOUTH EAST. Base on Purple White Script Classic, these are the areas with strong prosperous qi for the year. There are many ways of harnessing strong qi, this is harnessing Yearly locational strong qi. If you were to harness it by the way I am going to show you below, beginning of the year, those Ba Zi who cannot take in specific qi will have problems.

But because we are already in mid of the year, harnessing for 6 months we are lowering the risk while acquiring a boost for your remaining 6 months of this year.

What should you do? NORTH, EAST or SOUTH EAST location, you can place moving objects such as fan, water feature or even aquarium (not too big). Priority is on the following

1. EAST
2. SOUTH EAST
3. NORTH

If you have windows or door opening with safety grill, then you can open it most of the time to let the air brings the qi to harness these location.

Common mis-conception that some people might have, just because I am good at telling a person when they will likely fall sick and with what problem regarding health, some might have the mistaken idea that as long I can name it or tell it then they can avoid it totally by just knowing about it from my mouth.

Another misconception that I have recently got to know is that, some might think as long as Feng Shui was done on a house, the person in the household would not have cancer health problem. This point need some time to explain and for your to read.

Regarding dangerous sickness and terminal desease, there are 2 factors from a Chinese Metaphysic perspective.

1. Terminal desease already clearly indicated on your destiny chart. This means that when you live up to a certain age, without a strict overview on your diet and lifestyle, the person will be diagnose of cancer or some other illness that are caused by the imbalance of element within their destiny chart.

2. Sickness and desease are not clearly evident on their destiny chart BUT the enviroment setup is wrong and contributes to the imbalance of element in the individual's surrounding. This will then cause sickness to the person who has been exposed to the imbalance in the long term.

Cancer Cells

I have had cases of person diagnosed with cancer, their chart is not evident of the sickness and after audit and rectification, the sickness is under controlled. But does that mean, they could just throw their new anti-cancer diet out of the window? NO, because once your body have develop the ability to mutate its cell, then the person need to have strict control of their diet for rest of their life.

If your house was audited by me, I will do everything to make sure that the environment and feng shui setup does not go wrong in a way that would create the imbalance in the person's body for them to end up with dangerous sickness or terminal desease.

However, if your destiny chart already clearly indicates that cancer or some other sickness such as heart failure in this life journey, the house feng shui setup the best it can do is to minimize the impact. The other part of the prevention comes from your of strict upkeep of life style and diet to lower the possibility even more.

Those client and friends that know me personally are aware that I do not drink or smoke and don't indulge in food that will cause health problems. Why? I know when and what will eventually kill me, how fast it will happen if I do not keep a healthy lifestyle. This means that I did everything I possibly could on my environment and at the same time, I am not bragging about I can eat anything I like, abuse my body to max and yet nothing will happen just because I know Feng Shui and read destiny well.

For all clients that have asked me to audit their house Feng Shui, I would recommend them to request for me to analyse their destiny every year if not every 2 years. House Setup is correct, but the person's destiny changes every year, and every 5 years a medium change. If sickness or terminal desease is on the horizon, we can detect the possibility early on the destiny analysis and then go for medical test and advice.

Did you know that a piano for example, even if you don't play it, every 6 months to a year, you would need to ask a professional to tune it ? As it will be out of tune due to weather, humidity etc. Imagine, what about a person's destiny? We make conscious and unconscious decisions that affects our health and all other aspects of our life everyday.

Some would then ask me, "wouldn't it be better for you to tell me when I will have dangerous sickness or cancer early, so I can take preventive measures" Imagine on one of your happiest moment in your life of moving into a new house and this Feng Shui Master comes around and tell you in 10 years time you would be diagnose with a certain life changing illness.

Even if you have a very remote possibility of a particular sickness appearing on your destiny, just by worrying and constantly remind yourself about the future sickness would be a sure GUARANTEE that you will get it due to self fulfilling principle. My master taught me in Destiny Analysis always must have 口德 Kou De or aware of what comes out of my mouth , speak things that can generate good merits instead of speak things that will cause demerit of karma.

Now you know, Feng Shui Master also have possibility of developing cancer, get sick and have a short life.

Why FIXED Investment Income Company will fail you

Few days back another so called 'brokerage' with many clients who used copy trade system experienced an account wipeout over night. This is just the latest incident starting from beginning of May - JJPTR closure and a host of self claimed fixed investment income company that bit the bullet.

This list below are the ones that are either have gone bust, owner skip town, failure to give return, change the investment rules or all of the above (these are only companies within April and May, should be more by the time this article is published.

All of these companies have the same MO (modus operandi). You invest a certain amount of money and they promise you a fixed return monthly for your investment. Let's just for a moment, we give these companies benefit of the doubt and not label them as Ponzi Schemes. Why from a Destiny point of view that these companies would ultimately fail?

And before you read on, I would like to add, if the company minimum investment is very low then there a higher chance of it go bust in a very short time. Looking and analysing it from destiny view point.

Let's get down to the logic from Chinese Metaphysics.

Each person have a different set of destiny and also accompanied by different luck period.

Although money is not everything in our modern world, without money a lot of things cannot be accomplished. And ability to earn money or to accumulate wealth does tie in with your good luck period. Most of us live in a materialistic society, hence to have the ability to acquire what you need and wants requires money.

When you are in a good or average luck period, sources of income comes much more easily. When you are in below average or bad luck period, then sources of income could be affected, the person could be sick and not being able to earn an income. 

Then here comes the growing numbers of companies offering a fixed income / fixed percentage of return based on the amount you invest. Starting as low as usd100. These companies on average are offering 10%-35% per month. If you understand the power of compounding, provided they are the real deal, practically everyone who invested would earn a decent amount of monthly income.

Let's not think about reliability or whether it is scam. If these companies are able to sustain more than 5 years then the graph of all those who invested would be as below

Everyone's luck period or more specifically financial luck would be equal. Is that possible? Yes in a Utopian world, definitely. In a materialistic driven society, the answer is definitely no. There is a theory that, given the amount of wealth in our planet today. If we were to gather it all, and redistribute it to all. Each person would be a millionaire. Instant total elimination of poverty and societal problems that derives from unequal distribution of wealth. Is there a possibility of it happening? You and me knows the answer very well.

This is followed by, even if everyone is a millionaire on this planet, within a very short time period, majority of the wealth would go back to those 10% individuals whom have high net worth before the distribution. Why? From economics and psychology, its the marketing, inherent characters and also beliefs on money. From a Destiny perspective, different people have different luck periods.

Coming back to the Fixed Income Investment, now from the above explanation, it is very logical to derive the conclusion that why these companies will fail.

Why would it fail faster if the investment amount is smaller? Because it attracts a large segment of society, when you have a large group the discrepancies of luck levels are even higher, therefore making it arriving at its ultimate doom and fail even faster.

Farewell to my Dearest Shi Fu 師父再見

Early this morning received news that Grandmaster Lau had passed away peacefully in his sleep last night.

It was quite sudden to take it all in, however in our many conversations, master did told me that his time would come any day, because he have lived surpassed his departure time and any extras he would just enjoy it as it happens. That conversation was like 10 years ago. As I write this article, so many memories of him flashes inside my mind.

I still remember clearly the first time I met him more than 13 years ago. After initial communication with him through fax and telephone, I went to Hong Kong to learn from him. I was surprised because he insisted on picking me up from the airport. Upon arriving, I met not only him and Mrs Lau 師母, but also few of his disciples that he brought along to welcome me.

He told me he was glad to have seen me finally and also to saw my face and he was relieved. Because Master Lau is very good in face reading. Relieved in a sense he can impart me the Feng Shui lineage knowledge in seeing that my face does not some indication of traitor or heartless person.

Learning from him went on for the following 8 years. Initially I would sometime spent 2-3 weeks twice a year or more in Hong Kong. Almost all the time, it would be 1 on 1 learning from him. Still remember the usual schedule of me taking a light train then a bus early in the morning from hotel, to arrive at his house. Learning until lunch time, then we go for lunch. After that usually he would have 1 or 2 appointments for the day and he would brought me along. After which he would brief me on why he advised the client those remedies.

師母 would accompany master in all his work and also teachings. We walked all the Hong Kong famous dragons spots and veins. They also took me to all those famous burial sites around Yuen Long area, showed me step by step on how it is done and what are the things to look out for.

His knowledge on Feng Shui is almost encyclopedic not to mention his vast amount of experiences. He always tell us (his disciples) he does not have time to specialize or focus on so many things, so he chose to only specialize in Feng Shui. Amid his knowledge in all Chinese metaphysics including Chinese TCM is astounding.

Not only did he taught me what REAL Feng Shui is all about, he also taught me compassion when we saw that he work tirelessly for those that cannot afford his service or even those that took advantage of his compassion. Yet he can still go on and helped them.

I also learn a lot of Feng Shui work ethics by simply observing how he handles his client, cases that he has done and also all his written works for the Feng Shui community.

He taught me 'each cases that you take up, treat it as your own home or office, then your recommendation will always be the best in mind for your client'. I have taken this advice and continue to put it to practice for the past decade of my own practice

師父 Shi Fu， I would not have the type of the life I am living, if it is not because of your generosity to impart your knowledge of the Han Wu Lineage to me and all other disciples. I am forever in gratitude. Without the knowledge, I would also not be able to go on and affect so many lives for the better.

Each time I turned the Lou Pan I will remember all you have taught me. I would not be sad, because knowing that you are an accomplished cultivator you would have left peacefully and go onwards to your next journey confidently.

As a disciple, I can only hope to walk in the shadows of your footsteps. Your Feng Shui legacy would continue on and if we do have the affinity, may we meet again! As you always said, 'Those in Feng Shui and Destiny, we don't do long good byes as we know affinity decides everything. May you have a speedy journey ahead.

IPO also depends on your destiny....

After more than 10 years in the industry and clients from all types of industries, there's bound to be some stories or incidents worth sharing. I'm going to start the week with a case that relates to IPO.

About more than 6 years back, one of my client asked me whether the company he is working for will be able to go for public listing. I took a look at the partners involved and told him, either they make the move within these 2 years or the window will be lost forever.

About close to 2 years after he asked me, he told me he relayed my analysis to the group of consultants that were helping them for the listing exercise. The group told him, if such outcome can be determine by BaZi alone, then all of them don't have to spend many years in their specialized finance field.

And my client further told me they plan to list their company maybe a year or 2 later.

After another 2 years they totally drop the listing idea. A key director passed away, while others have since resigned.

The moral of the story is not about the accuracy of my analysis, but timing - The Macro Timing and also the relation to a person's destiny. History have taught us that many individuals with incredible skills and wits but somehow did not amount to much due to lack of chance. What is chance? Timing with the prepared skills. Do you know when to cash in? When to cash out? When to stay still and when to go all out?

Feng Shui Setup or Spiritual Help which is the Priority?

Received a call from a long time client about 3 weeks ago. He told me that he is now experiencing hard times. He have just moved the 4th times to an office. His first and 2nd office was audited by me. Currently his business also cannot make enough to pay for his staff salary. He has no where to turn to except trying his luck to ask for my help.

When I audited his business office, he made decent profit and business was growing. That was the condition he was in when I last met him. He did not engage me on his 3rd time moving, and to me that was normal because maybe he finds that luck was on his side and my services was not needed anymore.

I have decided to helped him out due to his past standing as good client. He told me he cannot afford to pay my fees however he will be willing to pay me once he is stable again.
Cleared my appointment on the nearest availability and decided to audit his place as fast as possible.

When I arrived on to audit his current office, the first thing I noticed was there was quite a number of Taoist spiritual implements inside his office. I checked the site with my Loupan and discovered that the front door location and direction is actually not bad for his type of business.

However once inside, all the Feng Shui setup was wrong. From his sitting location, his staff sitting location, enhancing the qi for the type of business plus even the water exits within is all not conducive for his business.

No wonder he is in such a mess.  His personal space within the office has a lot of Taoist spiritual implements from sword to flags to even ancient chinese coins below the desk and a whole lot more.

I advised him to relocate those spiritual items, consolidate some of it while others that cannot be use to be place in storage. He looked at me with a puzzling look. I am not surprised, because in all those years of him knowing me and conducted 2 audits for his office, never once did I mentioned to him about using spiritual implements nor about my Taoist background.

Seeing his puzzling look, I knew if I did not elaborate on my Taoist background he was not going to remove those items. I continue to explained to him that one of the talisman which he painstakingly went to a South Thailand Taoist Temple to obtain is actually one of my Taoist lineage. I further briefly informed him on 2 more Taoist lineage that I am holding, and the reason spiritually why he should relocate those items and consolidate them.

I always believe, if a Feng Shui Master is good at what he is doing, he does not need to use other fields of knowledge to solve the Feng Shui problem. Example, adding spiritual context into solving a Feng Shui problem. On the other hand, if a Taoist Master is good at what he is doing, he does not need to add Feng Shui into solving spiritual matters. Using spiritual method alone will be able to solve the spiritual problems.

Furthermore, I do not like to confuse my client on who are they actually hiring, The Feng Shui Master or the Taoist Master? If in doubt, usually I assure them that you are hiring a practical logical Feng Shui Master who have strong Taoist religious belief. This rarely happen because 90% of my client knows me as a Feng Shui master or practitioner only.

After advicing on the recommendations, finally I gave him some talisman to solve his existing pressing business problem. Because to wait for the Feng Shui setup to run its course requires at least 10 days in which the time he does not have at the moment. Told him the spiritual help is pro-bono but make sure he pays my Feng Shui due fees when he is ok again.

Moral of the story -
1. Remember your Feng Shui Master when you are having a good run.
2. Spiritual methods will work once your environment setup is done correctly. Or else the spiritual help will be like trying to push a heavy cart uphill, you cannot continuously use spiritual method to solve a basic Feng Shui environmental mistake.
3. Remember your Feng Shui Master when you are having a good run. (its not a typo repeat)

How to Survive Bad Financial Times with Destiny Analysis and Feng Shui......

Majority of us are feeling the impact of bad financial times in Malaysia. Various impact including devaluation of currency result in more narrow scope of opportunity in most sectors and field.

If you are student of Chinese Metaphysics then undoubtedly the first thing you have to learn is there is a cycle to everything in the universe. There is no permanent bad times or good times. The key is what to do in each of those times.

As the country and location that a person is situated would already be affected by the location luck ie bad economic times. Nothing we can change about that.

First and foremost for survival is to know where you are in your luck range. Whether the coming 3 years is BAD, AVERAGE or GOOD. To know that you need to be able to look at your own destiny chart 八字 4 Pillars. Check on your 10 years luck, then with the information apply it on the coming 3 individual years personal luck.

If 10 Years Luck is GOOD but yearly luck is bad then the most is AVERAGE 

If 10 Years Luck is GOOD but yearly luck is AVERAGE then the most is ABOVE AVERAGE

If 10 Years Luck is GOOD and yearly luck is GOOD then it will be GOOD no matter how the economy turn out. 

If 10 Years Luck is BAD but yearly luck is GOOD, then the most is AVERAGE and surviving.

If 10 Years Luck is BAD and yearly luck is AVERAGE then the most is BELOW AVERAGE.

If 10 Years Luck is BAD and yearly luck is also BAD, then most of anything unfavourable will happen to you such as losing job, changing job and getting worst each time and also facing tremendous financial difficulty.

If after checking and your luck overall is GOOD or ABOVE AVERAGE, you have nothing to worry about. You will definitely ride through the storm, perhaps even a good time for investment, pick up a few fundamentally strong stocks or properties.

The following article is for those who are AVERAGE, BELOW AVERAGE or BAD. How to survive the coming period.

1. Make sure your house Feng Shui is audited accordingly. When good economic times, the overall luck situation of your surrounding economy can support you even if your luck is below average. For example, in a village where the crops are growing in abundant, nobody will die of hunger even if they are lazy or cannot work. Some neighbours would be willing to give you some to survive.

If you are in a village that is experiencing extreme weathers, nobody will have any spare food for you. That's what I mean in surrounding economy. 

2. Make sure you do not do any new investments when your luck is AVERAGE and below during this time. One movement or jerk and you will be on the losing end. Good Luck people made smart decisions and Average Luck people or Below Average Luck people made the smart decision at the wrong time!

3. If you are in business, put your business into survival instinct now matter how big or steady your company is perceived to be. When you are in AVERAGE luck and operating a company in Bad Financial Times, it is like a boat sailing towards the rough seas with faulty compass.

4. If you are an employee, with AVERAGE luck ahead. Forget about the grass is greener on the other side. It is all a fantasy that only exist in your mind. Any changes you make in your career will be a regretful move. Stay put, check on how you can be more of value to your existing company so that you will not be on the 'let go' list when push comes to shove.

5. If you are thinking of starting a business with AVERAGE luck. I have a list of charitable organization that you can donate towards that will not only increase your spiritual merits but saves you the headache of watching your startup burning up all your hard earn or borrowed cash in the new 'venture'

6. If your luck is BAD for the coming 3 years. Lay low if you are an employee, add value to your work. Be prepared for any worst possibility in your career. Save up for 3 to 6 months worth of your own salary. Make sure you do not do any renovation at your existing home due to your fancy or own instinct of how things should be, because 99% of the time you will make it worst.

Knowing where you are, strong survival game plan and you are ahead of 90% of those people who do not even know that luck cycle exist.

MERS through eyes of Chinese Metaphysics

2002 - 2003 saw the first rise of SARS infections and peak of death rates in 2003. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Severe_acute_respiratory_syndrome. That was 12 years ago. The Chinese Calendar in 2003 was 癸未, exactly a cycle of Earthly Branches 地支 compare to this year. 

This month and especially this few days, news agencies started picking up the spread of MERS virus in Korea. Whether can the virus spread further, as it was first noticed in late 2012 in Saudi Arabia.

Interestingly this year 2015, the Chinese Calendar is 乙未. It is the same as in 2003, which is a goat year 未，however the Heavenly Stems 天干 is different. 2003 癸未 saw the clash of 癸 water stem clash with 未 earthly branch, which is clear water represented by the 癸 WATER stem with 未 EARTH branch.

2015 however, we have 乙 Wood Stem with 未 Earth. Will it be able to go full fledge into epidemic scale? Not likely. However since the month of June is 壬午 and July is 癸未 ， base on this 2 months and their element it is not likely to go away anytime soon.  The likely EARLIEST will also have to be beginning of autumn which is in August 甲申. 

Travelling this year if based on #QMDJ Qi Men Dun Jia 奇门遁甲 is not advisable for WEST and also EAST, using your own locality as to determine reference point.

For those who their own Ba Zi 八字 is particularly sensitive to Fire are not advisable to travel at least until Autumn this year, if the infection rate is not controlled by respective countries within these few weeks.

It's ALL Element Play

I thought I never need to write basic Feng Shui articles anymore, as Feng Shui is so popular around the world today. Just go to any nearby book store and you will have a section of books dedicate to this subject - all basic ones of course. Nevertheless a good start for all beginners.

What inspired me to write this posting was that I have read somewhere in the main stream media ad that only certain branch of Chinese Metaphysics have direct correlation between Feng Shui and also Destiny. This off course is not true, why some people may be led to believe so, is because mainstream Feng Shui writers like to separate out destiny reading and feng shui. 

They have not been taught that all of this knowledge is supposed to be linked up. However some school of thought linked it up to become a very powerful leverage to help on a person's destiny while some school sort of try to fit a square peg into a round hole (keep on pushing it and make a mess). It is like Fusion Food. I like Tomyam Spaghetti, but please don't ask me to try Peanut Butter with Tuna on a bread !

If you know Chinese Metaphysics really well or study in depth on each of the subjects from Face Reading 面相 to Oracle卜卦 to Feng Shui 風水 to BaZi 八字 / ZiWei 紫薇 to Qi Men Dun Jia 奇門遁甲. All of it deals with the 5 Elements. The basic is the 5 Elements, the highest learning is also interaction of the 5 elements. If it is something beyond 5 Elements then it is NOT Chinese Metaphysics.

What does 5 Elements do? It categorize or simplify the characteristics of the Qi or what you call Energy. And all branches of Chinese Metaphysics talk about achieving balance. When you have balance, not only it looks nice, it sounds perfect and everything moves smoothly.

When we discuss about Human Destiny - humans naturally are affected by Qi, whether reaching balance in their destiny, achieving balance of qi in their body's 5 main organs or harnessing the suitable Qi from the environment to aid them in their luck periods. 

When we read a person's destiny, what is their potential, what is their fall back, what are weakest genetic link - all this have to do with the 5 element balance in their destiny chart. When I do Feng Shui consultation for my clients, I then use the information of their destiny chart and try to do a setup in their environment to harness the qi that will help balance their destiny to avoid all the fall back and support their destiny and luck periods.

I don't do House Feng Shui - meaning find the best way to decorate their house according to House Feng Shui Principles. 

I help my clients do a setup of Qi in their environment, advice them on where to tap the Qi that best suit their type of destiny and also the goal that they are trying to achieve. Therefore each person or family is different. Same house with different people will be different advice.

Destiny here means their Four Pillars of Destiny or 八字. Other systems are only interested in Year of Birth to convert to a GUA Trigam. That you can do in a DIY setting. No need to hire Feng Shui Master.

Because of the mass conventional materials that is out there, writers who have never made the link or never been taught that it is supposed to be linked. This concept becomes alien and 'unconventional' to many newbies.

When I do Yin Feng Shui － Feng Shui for burial ground or columbarium selection, the crucial key other than finding good landforms is whether the element it harness will be suitable for the later generations of my client. Their children's destiny requirement and also the timing to harness the qi.

Even in Qi Men Dun Jia 奇門遁甲，the highest essence is the ability to linked it with a person's destiny. How to chase after qi that is suitable to you. Not just basic favourable and unfavourable location base on conventional Qi Men knowledge that are in books.

From the 十天干 Heavenly Stems， 地支 Earth Branches, 八卦 Ba Gua correlation with 5 Elements 五行 in all Chinese Metaphysics subject is denotating the same 5 Elements - there is no such thing as 5 elements for Feng Shui is different from 5 elements of destiny OR 5 elements of Yin Feng Shui is different from 5 Elements on your face for Face Reading.

Finally, if you have understood this point and looking at the linkage instead of the difference, it all comes down to element play.

Does Water Equal to Money in Feng Shui?

Many dream of owning a piece of property facing the unobstructed sea view in front of their home 无敌海景 . For some it is the ultimate symbol of finally making it to the top of the rat race. But having sea front property, is it all equal or all the same?

The crucial factor is what is on the opposite of the view. If you have a seafront property, and in front there is absolutely nothing but the sea and an open horizon, then actually the open sea from Feng Shui principle is counter productive. Qi of the area cannot be retain and therefore on the major setup has Qi dissipating quality. Much will be lost in 12 years or less.

It would NOT be useful, if you make it all the way to the top and bought a house that can possibly make you lose it all in 12 years!

When prospective client call me sometimes they would like to ask me over the phone, what do you think about hill in that area, the lake, the mountain etc. This is because in most cases they think the area will have a big impact on their Feng Shui when they plan to buy an apartment or a house in a housing estate - MACRO Feng Shui. MOST of the time you do not have a choice, partly because home owner choices are determined by their budget.

But when you think about it in MACRO way and logically, if the area has 200 multi-millionaires staying together, would the area have bad Macro Feng Shui for creating financial problems for people staying in the area. It wouldn't. Why? Because these 200 people would have really strong 10 years luck to be able to 1. Afford the property in the area 2. Able to sustain living in the area.

The biggest problem is, knowing that area has good MACRO Feng Shui, would we be able to afford a home in that particular spot? So for Macro Feng Shui, you don't need to ask a Feng Shui Master. Just drive around your state or province and you can quickly learn about properous natural macro feng shui setup. Just follow the money trail....

Since this article is about sea front property. As I stroll around the neighbourhood this morning, suddenly inspiration came for me to blog about the Feng Shui of this particular row of sea front bungalow.

Sea front or water front, first and foremost criteria is that we have to observe whether the formation have sentimental formation 有情水 or unsentimental formation 无情水. If sea front then we have to look at whether what is opposite to your direct view of the sea. Is it open horizon? If hills and mountain, is it far away or near? These are the basic criteria to observe, of course there are other secondary ones to look out for, but for the sake of this post we will start with these 2 criteria.

These particular sea view bungalows are located at Seri Tanjung Pinang, Penang. Commonly known as Straits Quay area. The latest listing I have checked online is RM15,000,000 for 1 unit (about USD 4.3 million). http://www.propertyguru.com.my/penang/tanjung-tokong/bungalow-for-sale?property_type=B

The sea formation in front is quite sentimental, slow sea water - largely because it is situated on the NorthEast of Penang Island, and opposite the island is a curve formation of mainland.

This is the panoramic view that I have manage to capture. The right hand side facing the sea is actually where the sea view bungalows are located. Center of the photo is actually the 90' to the left and to the right from where I stood. When you are standing from the bungalow and looking towards the sea, you can see hills and mountains on the opposite side. There is no open horizon, all the qi are retained in the nice curve if we look at the satellite image above.

From left to right, the whole area qi is retained and protected. Definitely a good sentimental formation. And it ought to be if you are paying RM15 mil per house!.

Then the next question would be, if I stay in these type of house, would I be even more prosperous? Answer would be: It depends. If your chart can take massive amount of a particular type of element, and this setup happens to provide you what you need, then DEFINITELY it is a worthy buy. In the olden days, they have a phrase - if a particular Feng Shui setup is really 1 in a million that suits you, then even if you have to pawn off everything up including your underwear, then you must get it. 

HOWEVER, if your destiny cannot take this particular setup of Qi, staying in it for even 12 months would be disastrous!

This is just the Macro side of Feng Shui, then whether the owner has maximize the qi setup inside the property would account for 60% of the overall Feng Shui quality of the house and its effect on those people living in it.

With the above information, I think you can safely know the answer to whether water equals to money in Feng Shui. This is the last article for 2014. Wish everyone have big aspirations for being able to find and live in superior Feng Shui setup in 2015 and beyond.

100% Feng Shui House ?

Clients and friends often asked me "Is there any possible way to build a house that is 100% perfect in Feng Shui for me?"

The limitation of Feng Shui is not in its principles and system, the limitation is on the person's Bazi who is going to live in that particular house.

When I am auditing a house, I have been trained to think of myself with my client's Bazi, where would I place my bed, the kitchen, the best water exits and how to harness the Qi to best increase the type of Bazi that my client have. With this 2nd and 3rd person perspective, I will then select the BEST possible location for all the arrangement in the house.

And from experience, some of the clients will ask whether they can for example, place this bed on another corner, at another room. Even after much insistence on my part for it to be on the suggested location, they still ask me to think of some other ways to remedy where they plan to sleep, work etc.

They would have the idea that if the alternative location is possible, then maybe there are more alternatives that I have not think of - trying to ask for more possible location. When I inspect, audit and suggest, it is always only the BEST. Any further alternatives are just discounted options.

When a person have been given the best, but choose to locate their arrangements according to alternatives, how can a person achieve 100% Feng Shui?

Let's say we have a ready build up house with no major FS mistakes.
Bazi of the person staying the house would discount further - even if they decide to follow all advice to the dot would be 85%
If they decide to go with alternative another discount would be 70% or less effectiveness.
If they decide to only follow partial advice the whole setup would take another discount amounting to 60% or less effectiveness.

The limitation is not in the FS system but on the person's Bazi staying in a house.

生基 Sheng Ji - Live Burial or Buried Alive?

Recently in Malaysia, there is more and more onslaught of promotions for buying up your burial land and do a 'live burial' for yourself. Like what they say in the stock market, when you hear that even the radio are promoting it, then it is sure that this knowledge has hit the mainstream.

I have several clients messaging me, what'sapp me asking me to explain to their friends because their friends know that they have a long term Feng Shui consultant. And what is usually they want to know? Is it true?

First we need to be clear about Sheng Ji 生基. What is it ?

In traditional sense, Sheng Ji - means that a person who is alive have determined and bought up a piece of land that is for their future burial ground. The Feng Shui of the tomb and tombstone would also be done up with their name and all the necessary orientation of the burial hole and coffin setup is done in advance. Then we can officially conclude that the person has done up his/her Sheng Ji 生基.

All this is plan and constructed with the help of a qualified Feng Shui consultant. If it is just buying a burial land to prepare for future use, that is not considered as Sheng Ji, that is just called prepared in advance!

Let me explain the scenario of what is happening now....

The recent craze in Malaysia for Sheng Ji is much due to the 'Up Yours' mentality of amateurs who are doing Feng Shui in Malaysia. When a 'half pail' (half pail means they don't know what they are doing) they do Feng Shui for their clients, the clients doesn't see much effect. Then the client asked 'What else can you do?' 

Then they try to do something more fancy, maybe do I- Ching Oracle, then that failed too, the client asked again ' What else can you do?' Then they figure they must do a Date Selection for client to start their client business registration date. When the client's business failed, then the client asked ' What else can you do?' They search high and low and finally ' Aha ' I can do your ' Sheng Ji '! (since the client is on the way down anyway, might as well do his tomb !)

So we have 1 Feng Shui 'half pail'  doing it. Another person also having a 'half pail' consultant will ask whether his consultant can do Sheng Ji for him, and so the trend started with each half pail competing with another to 'Up Yours in their skills description'. Pretty soon, the whole market is flooded with people who wants to bury you before your are dead!

And now they have actually moved beyond Sheng Ji, they have actually promoting people to do 養基 Yang Ji.

What is 養基 Yang Ji ?

Yang Ji means you have already done up your Sheng Ji, then you go further by placing your DNA on the burial site. This is to harness the Qi in advance. DNA here means strands of your hair, fingernail, toenail, body hair and also drops of your blood buried in the Sheng Ji. Hence it is called 養基 Yang Ji - means to cultivate your tomb @ harnessing the qi of your tomb. Sheng Ji is indirect, Yang Ji is direct harness.

And they claimed it will help you in your luck, destiny, broken marriage, hiring helpful staffs, almost everything that is beneficial under the sun and moon. And most of the marketing that I have read recently, are promoting Yang Ji.

Questions 

1. Does 養基 Yang Ji works?

Yes it does work PROVIDED---
A. You have hired they consultant that knows what they are doing. Unfortunately not many in the field would know how to do it correctly.
B. How to know they are qualified Yin Feng Shui consultant? For my lineage, the person have to do Yin Feng Shui for their grandparents or parents before they are allowed to do Yin Feng Shui for others. And it must be burial type Feng Shui. Reason being, if a Feng Shui disciple have done their own ancestors Yin Feng Shui wrong, then they would not be able to survive to do it for others!

2. What is the purpose of Yang Ji?

The purpose is to help a person with terminal illness to extend their life, that is the main reason for a person to consider doing it. 

3. Is there any side effects Yang Ji is done wrongly?

When a NORMAL Yin Feng Shui is done wrongly, the whole direct descendant would be affected through the course of time. Effect such as health, broken marriage and financial problem.

If a Yang Ji is done wrongly, the person will immediately feel its effect and in some worst case, even terminate their life earlier. Because harnessing the wrong Qi can be detrimental especially when a person is down on their luck.

4. Do you know how to do Sheng Ji and Yang Ji?

My Feng Shui specialization is doing Yin Feng Shui. I have done many Sheng Ji for clients, but for Yang Ji, usually clients find it more cost effective to ask me to help them in their Yang Feng Shui.

Which brings me to highlight few important point. If you are after a better financial position, improve relationships or marriage, attracting more suitable staffs/workers - Yang Feng Shui (normal Feng Shui) from a qualified Feng Shui consultant, can help you achieve those results without the catastrophic harmful side effects if it does go wrong.

Sheng Ji is necessary as it is part of planning for future. Because you do not want your loved ones to be in a panic state of finding you a proper resting place when you have passed on. The event of dealing with your death will already be stressful enough for most family members.

If you are not having a terminal illness, why they heck would you be even considering Yang Ji 養基 ?

If you are down with your luck, down in your finance - if you are down in these 2 factors, it is almost impossible to even find a suitable Sheng Ji 生基 plot. Don't even think about Yang Ji, as the only Yang Ji you will be doing is the one that is really going to bury you alive for good!

My final word of advice, get a qualified Feng Shui consultant to do your house and business Feng Shui. And when you really can afford it, plan ahead and do a Sheng Ji. In desperate times, avoid touching Yin Feng Shui unless there is really a wrong burial done for deceased family and the family experiences continuos problems after the burial.

TRAVEL FENG SHUI - Chiang Mai City 2

In our family trip to Chiang Mai city, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel. We are happy with our stay and even glad that we had a chance to communicate with the hotel General Manager who is also a Penangite.

While my stay in Holiday Inn had been brief and also most of the time we are out on excursion and shopping. Even with such schedule,I still managed to have a brief analysis of the hotel Feng Shui.

 The hotel from the information that I have gathered, is more busy now compared to previously. And some attribute it to some changes in the interior that was done in the hotel. The most obvious is the standing Lord Ganesha statue that is facing the main doors of the hotel.

Some of the readers will now have questions in mind, what does Lord Ganesha has to do with Feng Shui?


Allow me to explain this case study. The hotel has 2 main doors in the front, on the left and right.

 

The hotel front facade faces almost North. Thereby one of the main door is facing directly NORTH while the other is more of a NORTHEAST.

By having Lord Ganesha, in the center hall of the hotel, actually it has strengthened one of the door to be considered as main intake of Qi. And it happens that this main door where Lord Ganesha statue is facing is the NORTHERN door.

 Hotel industry belongs to element of Metal and Water industry. Before the installation of Lord Ganesha, the hotel had equal intake of Qi from 2 main doors which is a mix Qi, after the installation, the primary Qi intake has been established on the Northern door. Whereby creates more traffic flow and business for the hotel.

Some who like to study Feng Shui theories and in constant search for Feng Shui complex formulas will be thinking " WHAT ?! That's it?, no need check the Flying Star 飛星, Water Exits 出水位, Landforms 地形, Xuan Gong Da Gua 玄空大卦?"

Knowing when to apply what is the most crucial skill as a Feng Shui practitioner. Being able to find the most effective leverage point to influence a Feng Shui setup is called a Skillful Feng Shui practitioner.

Of course more can be done for the hotel in terms of its location and interior.

Nevertheless they have correctly installed the beautiful Lord Ganesha together with 4 other elephant statues in their main hall from a Feng Shui perspective.

Paul Walker - Fast and Furious BaZi?

Normally I do not analyze Hollywood members BaZi, but I have decided to have a glance at his BaZi to find if there is any hints of it happening. Dying at the age of 40 at what can be said as the height of his career is really tragic.

Born 1973, September 12 his BaZi chart is below (time unknown)

 Even without confirmed time, we can deduce that he has a STRONG METAL 強辛金命 chart. Best fit time would be 11am - 1pm base on his bio. Strong Metal using Water and Fire Element. Some may argue why FIRE, as Xin Metal 辛 is yin metal and fire is usually not suitable. Actually not the case, from Qi perspective, you will only be able to use what is available and given. Preference only comes when there is a choice.

1999 the year itself is 己卯 within the major luck of 戊午 (1995 - 2005).  Combo of Major luck stem with his Year Pillar, form Fire propelling him to movies and out of from TV series. Wood appearing brings more money opportunities. The combo of major luck period of 1995 - 2005 with year pillar, is transformation fire. No doubt FIRE is a strong driving force for his career.

2001 release of F&F 1, paves the highway for his career in Hollywood with strong 午 Fire branch influence from major luck period.

His luck period change in 2005 to 丁巳 (2005-2015). His rise to fame was already set through 3 F&F movies (F&F 3 was released in 2006 丙戌 Bing Xu year － strong Fire year). However from 2010 onwards, the shift of Qi in his chart has slowly change from 丁 Fire Stem influence to Si 巳 Branch Fire influence.

Si 巳 Branch originally Fire Qi, meets with half Frame of metal elements in his year and month pillar 酉 You Metal in Month and 丑 Chou Earth. Together these element solidify into a Strong Metal Frame.  This year 2013 癸巳， again the branch of Si 巳 appeared and further double up the metal influence in his chart. As a Strong Metal person, gathering of more Metal Qi in his chart is not good news.

CLASH of Traveling Star

巳 Branch is considered a Traveling Star located in his 丁巳 Major Luck Period and also 2013 癸巳Stem and Branches, Hai 亥 Branch in his DAY Pillar also a Traveling Star. Hai 亥 and Si 巳 meet is considered a clash of traveling star.

2013 November Month Pillar is 癸亥. Therefore 2 sets of clash happening simultaneously in his chart. His current major luck period 丁巳, the stem also clash with Self YEAR PILLAR 癸丑 and 2013 癸巳.

With so many clashes occurring in his chart, for this year and month - incidents will definitely happen. Clash of Traveling Star also indicate vehicle accidents. Water and Fire clash 癸丁 indicate explosion. The car he was in not only crash but went up in flames as well.

Can it be avoided? Well no point of discussing that, when the event has already happened. But his end was not written in definite terms on his destiny chart because GUI 癸 Water is still available and have not totally terminated from the chart.

He definitely will be missed in future Fast and Furious Series. May he forever Rest in Peace...
